As the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 3) approaches, Air France is reinforcing its ongoing commitment to the Sheltered and Adapted Employment Sector. In 2023, the airline’s investment in this crucial sector amounted to €22.7 million, positioning Air France as one of the leading supporters of disability inclusion through employment in France.
For years, Air France has been working closely with a wide range of organizations in the Sheltered and Adapted Employment Sector. The airline has established over 70 partnerships with institutions such as ANRH in Paris, APF Amiens in the Somme, and ESAT La Roumanière in Vaucluse, among others. These collaborations have supported nearly 800 indirect jobs, further contributing to the broader impact of the Air France-KLM Group, which has created 550,000 direct and indirect jobs across France.
